While attending California State University of Fresno working on her Data Analytics degree, Sonia volunteered many hours as Treasurer for a worldwide nonprofit. Here is where she discovered her fascination with finding bottlenecks in production, ways to cut costs, and increase profitability. After graduating in 2015, Sonia immediately joined the work force going straight into a career managing a small retail business in her hometown of Clovis, CA.

In 2019, Sonia joined Vigilant Enterprise as Senior Accountant bringing with her 10 years of experience. In this roll her responsibilities include; preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and other accounting.

Oksana Lysytsyna:

After graduating with her associates degree, Oksana Lysytsyna started her career with a local production company as the Customer Success Engineer. Her passionate determination aided in her expanded knowledge and drive for success.

She joined the Vigilant Private Security sales team in early 2020 and created an additional $500,000 in annual billing. In early 2021, she was promoted to the role of Junior Accountant where she has used her bright thinking and quick learning abilities to gain exceptional experience in connecting with clients and the management team.

Anna's responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements, handling child support payments, managing CalSavers contributions, processing tax-related matters, and adjusting employee schedules. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all tasks. Anna's work provides comprehensive accounting assistance in payroll and compliance, covering all aspects of employee compensation, legal contributions, and precise scheduling adjustments.

Specializing in sales, team operations, and customer service Mark has exceeded expectations each year. Mark brings 28 years of security and customer service experience to Vigilant. As the Operations Leader this role is responsible for big picture projects, monitoring the day to day duties and working with the CEO on the ever changing and development of the industry.
